Skilled Craftsmen of Texas, Inc. came to life in 1992, from the dream of one man, Jerry Templeton. Mr. Templeton's main goal was to deliver quality employees to his customers with outstanding service. He believed that to be truly successful as a staffing service you had to pick one industry and give it a 100% of your effort. That is why, all we recruit for is the industrial trades. Other staffing services try to handle an array of industries such as: clerical, medical, IT, accounting and industrial. Mr. Templeton believed that most staffing companies would view the industrial side as the black sheep due to: the cost of Workers Compensation, type of employees and risk of injuries. Essentially leaving it left behind to suffer in poor service and high mark-ups.
